When performing a fail-over (for example, by disabling one protocol such as Fibre Channel), the paths are grouped and the traffic flows through all protocols (for example, both Fibre Channel and ISCSI), which is not as expected. This also occurs with fail-back. This issue occurs in all Oracle VMReleases since 3.1.1.

Workaround: Run the following commands on the Axiom server:

# service multipathd restart 
# multipath -v3
