Display the Firmware Versions
The /HOST property displays
information about the firmware versions on the host. The output
includes the overall system firmware version and the versions of firmware
components, such as Oracle ILOM, OpenBoot, and POST.
Note -
You also can determine the versions of firmware in the server and of specific components, such as a drive controller, with the
fwupdate command. The
fwupdate command is provided in the Oracle Hardware Management Pack, which is included in Oracle Solaris 11.3. For information about using
fwpudate, refer to the
Oracle Server CLI Tools for Oracle Solaris 11.3 User's Guide.
- Display
the current host property values.
-> show /HOST

- Examine the output to find the
version listed for the system firmware or firmware component you
wanted.
