Saving Excel Formatting From an Ad Hoc Grid

Data source types: Oracle Planning and Budgeting Cloud

To save formatting from an ad hoc grid:

Perform ad hoc analysis to create a grid to save.
Use Excel native formatting features to format the grid.
From the Planning Ad Hoc ribbon, select Save Ad Hoc Grid.
In the Save Grid As dialog box, select the Submit Formatting option when saving the ad hoc grid as a form.

You can now open the saved form and choose a viewing option as described in Viewing Formatting in Smart View.
