How you access the Oracle Database Cloud Service console depends on whether you are using Oracle Cloud or Oracle Cloud at Customer.

On Oracle Cloud:

1. Sign in to your Cloud Account.

   See Signing in to Your Cloud Account in Getting Started with Oracle Cloud.

   Your account payment model determines which console opens; Cloud Infrastructure or Cloud Infrastructure Classic.

2. On the Cloud Infrastructure console, click the navigation menu in the top corner and then select Classic Data Management Services → Database Classic.

   On the Cloud Infrastructure Classic console, select Database Classic.

   The Oracle Database Classic Cloud Service console opens.

3. If a Welcome page is displayed, go to the Instances page by clicking Instances next to “Database Cloud Service”.

On Oracle Cloud at Customer:

1. Sign in to your Cloud Account and go to the My Services Dashboard.

   See Signing in to Your Cloud Account in Getting Started with Oracle Cloud.

2. Click the navigation menu in the top corner of the My Services Dashboard and then click Database Classic.

   The Oracle Database Classic Cloud Service console opens.

3. If a Welcome page is displayed, go to the Instances page by clicking Instances next to “Database Cloud Service”.
