Visitor profile fields
As visitors browse your website, Oracle Eloqua uses cookies and the visitors IP address to build a visitor record. The visitor record consists of fields that are pre-configured by Oracle Eloqua and cannot be changed or added to.
For example, you can use visitor data to:
- Build segments for use in campaigns or programs.
- Generate website visitor notifications.
- Build program builder feeders.
- Personalize your website by using web data lookups.
You can view visitor profile data using Insight reports or operational reports (available from Assets > Visitor Profiles > Profile Fields).
