Specify the default currency for entities in the application, and establish if the application supports multiple currencies. For detailed information about currency, see Working with Dimensions.
To set up the currency:In Create Application, from the Currency drop-down list, select the default currency for entities in the application.
Specify if the application supports multiple currencies by selecting Yes for a multicurrency application or No for a single-currency application.
Note:
By default, a new application is created with the Support Multiple Currencies option set to No. Select Yes to set up a multicurrency application.
After the application is created, you cannot change this option. Multiple currency support is available for level 0 members, regardless of base currency. If you select Yes, two additional dimensions are created, Currency and HSP_Rates.
