Administrators can set the default display options such as number formatting and page display options for an application.
To set the display options for an application:
Select Preferences in the left hand pane, or select File, then Preferences, and then Planning.
Select Display Options to specify defaults for:
Number formatting
Remembering page member selection
Allowing a search if the number of pages exceeds a set number
Member indentation
Consolidation operators
Partial grid fetch
UI themes and text size
Date formats
User image
