One of the great features of Involver's Audience Management Platform is the ability for multiple users to access a given campaign. To add additional users, simply click “Settings” and then “Members”.  You will see a blank text box to enter email addresses of invited users. Once a user has been added, they will receive an email letting them know they have been invited.

The “Users” list on the far left allows you to see who currently has access.

The user permissions feature establishes and defines a user’s role on a specific team, and the ways in which they can access, manage, monitor, and add content to your different social media channels. Each user must be assigned a specific role on a specific team. When new users are added, they by default become an admin on the global team, which means they have access to everything on all pages in that Audience Management Platform campaign.  To learn more about permissions, roles, and teams, go here.

To change or add to someone’s permissions, simply navigate the list of users on the left, and select their name.  

To assign someone a role on a team, either type in the role you are looking for or select the dropdown to choose a role from the list.  The roles listed here are based on what you setup in the permissions section.

Next, choose which team you want that user to have the chosen role on.  Either type in the team name or select the dropdown to choose a team from the list.  The teams listed here are based on what you setup in the permissions section. 

Now that you have defined the user’s role on a specific team, click save.  To edit any of a user’s permissions, select “edit”.  To delete a user’s permissions, select the blue x.  You can add additional permissions to the same user by selecting a new role and team, just as you did above.
