Viewing Harvested Data Entities

View the harvested properties, custom properties, tags, and terms for a data entity.

1. On the Home tab of the instance for which you want to view the properties, click Data entities.
2. On the Data entities page, click the name of the data entity for which you want to view the harvested properties.
3. On the data entities details page, on the Summary tab, view the harvested properties, custom properties, tags, and terms for the data entity.
  From the Attributes tab, view the data entity attribute details. and for data entities harvested from relational data sources, view harvested constraint details from the Constraints tab.

  The value of the Character set harvested property in data entities harvested from an Object Storage data asset depends on a content encoding metadata that's set during upload of files into an Object Storage bucket. If this metadata isn't set during file upload, then Data Catalog shows the default value of UTF-8 for Character set.
You can now explore the harvested data entities and attributes and annotate them with terms and tags.
Use the list command and required parameters to view the harvested data entities of a data asset:
oci data-catalog entity list [OPTIONS]
