Filtering Records
View records of interest using the filter in the Calendar Monthly View and List View tabs.
Available options include:
- 
All Events: Use this option to display both change and business events. This is the default selection. 
- 
Business Events: Use this option to display only business event records. 
- 
Change Events: Use this option to display only change request records. 
The selected filter is automatically remembered across the Calendar dashboard.
