3 Using Alternative Authentication Providers

This chapter explains how to configure Oracle Business Intelligence to use alternative directory servers for authentication instead of using the default Oracle WebLogic Server LDAP directory.

This chapter includes information about setting up Oracle Business Intelligence to use Oracle Internet Directory, Active Directory, other authentication providers, and using OID LDAP or a database, as policy store and credential store.
