New and Changed Features for 12c (12.2.1.3)

Oracle ADF Desktop Integration 12c (12.2.1.3) includes the following new and changed development features for this document.

  • ADF Desktop Integration automatically converts ADF Button components in integrated Excel workbooks developed using earlier releases to ribbon commands. An earlier release deprecated the ADF Button component. For information about using ribbon commands, see Configuring the Runtime Ribbon Tab.

  • Rows in an ADF Table component can now be automatically calculated based on server-side logic. ADF Desktop Integration performs this calculation when an end user edits a cell in a column that has its TriggersRowRefresh property set to True so that the change automatically refreshes the row, as described in Configuring Automatic Row Refresh in an ADF Table Component.
