Redwood: Use a Redwood Template for Create ASN Notifications

When an advanced shipment notice (ASN) is created, you can send a notification to each buyer assigned to the purchase order referenced in the shipment to notify that an ASN was created for their purchase order.

In this update, you can now use a Redwood template to create ASN notifications that update brings an enhanced user experience to both email and worklist notifications.

This feature provides your users with a modern look and feel for their ASN creation notifications.

Steps to Enable

Use the Opt In UI to enable this feature. For instructions, refer to the Optional Uptake of New Features section of this document.

Offering: Manufacturing and Supply Chain Materials Management  No Longer Optional From: Update 25D

A new ORA_RCV_ASN_CREATED_REDWOOD_NOTIF_MAX_LINES (Maximum Lines for ASN Creation Notifications) profile option is introduced to set the upper limit for lines in ASN created notifications. The default value for the profile option is 25.
