Configure Respond to Questionnaire and Evaluate Qualification Notifications Using Oracle Analytics Publisher

The new respond to questionnaire and evaluate qualification notifications using Oracle Analytics Publisher have better look-and-feel and extensibility. You can configure the content, layout, and style of the notifications according to your business needs. You may wish to provide your own specific instructions on how to proceed or where to find more information, as well as change the look-and-feel based on your corporate brand. Overall, the notification can now better represent your organization.

Steps to Enable

Use the Opt In UI to enable this feature. For instructions, refer to the Optional Uptake of New Features section of this document.

Optionally, you can follow these steps to configure the notification templates:

1. In the Navigator, click Reports and Analytics.

2. In the Supplier Qualification Business Intelligence Catalog, locate the following templates, and then click Customize to create a copy of the report in your Custom folder.

• For the invitation to respond to questionnaires notification, use the Respond To Questionnaire Notification Report template.
• For the evaluate qualification or assessment notification, use the Ready For Evaluation Notification Report template.

3. Edit the copied templates in your Custom folder.

4. Upload the template (select the appropriate locale for your instance).

Access Requirements

Users who are assigned a configured job role that contains these privileges can access the Respond to Questionnaire notification:

• View Supplier Qualification Questionnaire Response as Supplier (POQ_VIEW_SUPP_QUAL_QUESTIONNAIRE_RESPONSE_AS_SUPPLIER_PRIV_OBI)

• View Supplier Qualification Questionnaire Response as Internal (POQ_VIEW_SUPP_QUAL_QUESTIONNAIRE_RESPONSE_AS_INTERNAL_PRIV_OBI)

These privileges were available prior to this update.

Users who are assigned a configured job role that contains these privileges can access the Evaluate Qualification notification:

• Evaluate Supplier Qualification (POQ_EVALUATE_SUPPLIER_QUALIFICATION_PRIV_OBI)
• Evaluate Supplier Assessment (POQ_EVALUATE_SUPPLIER_ASSESSMENT_PRIV_OBI)

These privileges are new in this update.

Users who are assigned a configured job role that contains this duty role can configure the notifications with Oracle Analytics Publisher:

• BI Administrator (BIAdministrator)
