The new enhanced user experience streamlines the look and feel of Oracle Permitting and Licensing, starting with the Apply page.

Steps to Enable

Use the Opt In UI to enable this feature. For instructions, refer to the Optional Uptake of New Features section of this document.

To use the Redwood Experience for the Apply Page, you must enable it through Functional Setup Manager.

To enable:

  1. Navigate to Setup and Maintenance.
  2. Click the Change Feature Opt In link.
  3. In the Public Sector Permits row, click the pencil icon in the Features column.
  4. Enable the Redwood Experience for Apply Application row.
  5. Disable the Classic Experience for Apply Application row.

If you want to revert back to the Classic Experience for the Apply page, you can follow these same steps and disable the Redwood Experience for Apply Application and enable the Classic Experience for Apply Application.
