Redwood Experience for Payments and On Account Payments

The enhanced user experience is now available for the Payment History and Payments On Account pages. The new enhanced user experience streamlines the look and feel of these pages. Here's an example of the Payment History page:

Registered public users can view their payment history and payments on account:

The new enhanced user experience streamlines the look and feel of the Payment History and Payments on Account pages. 

Steps to Enable

Use the Opt In UI to enable this feature. For instructions, refer to the Optional Uptake of New Features section of this document.

Offering: Multiple Offerings  No Longer Optional From: Update 26B

To enable the Redwood Experience for the Payments and On Account Payments pages: 

1. Navigate to Setup and Maintenance > Setup: Public Sector Permits > Change Feature Opt In. 
2. Select the "pencil" icon in the Features column for Public Sector Permits.
3. Under "Redwood Experience for Payments and On Account Payments" select the "Enable" checkbox. 
4. Click Done. 

To revert to the classic view of the Payments and On Account Payments pages, simply clear the "Enable" checkbox using the same navigation as described above.
