Redwood Experience for Public User Landing Page

The enhanced user experience is now available for the public user landing page. The new enhanced user experience streamlines the look and feel of the landing page for the signed in registered users as well as the anonymous (guest) users.

This example illustrates the public user landing page when a registered user signs in.

The new enhanced user experience streamlines the look and feel of the Public User landing page for both guest and registered users. 

Steps to Enable

Use the Opt In UI to enable this feature. For instructions, refer to the Optional Uptake of New Features section of this document.

To use the Redwood Experience for the Public User Landing page you need to enable it through Functional Setup Manager. 

To enable: 

  1. Navigate to Setup and Maintenance > Change Feature Opt In.
  2. In the Public Sector Permits row, click the pencil icon in the Features column. 
  3. Under the "Redwood Experience for Public User Landing Page" select the "Enable" checkbox. 
  4. If you want to revert back to the classic experience for the Public User Landing Page, disable the "Enable" checkbox for Redwood Experience for Public User Landing Page
  5. Select the Enable checkbox for the Classic Experience for Public User Landing Page. 
  6. Click Done.
