您可以透過 Oracle Hyperion Enterprise Performance Management Workspace 來建立、維護及佈建 Profitability and Cost Management 的使用者與群組。提供程序要求您必須同時設定及執行共用服務與 Profitability and Cost Management。外部驗證確保應用程式可輕鬆且準確地與提供使用者進行密切通訊。
下列步驟說明設定及提供使用者與群組的程序概觀：
從 EPM Workspace 中，依序選取導覽、管理及共用服務主控台，以存取共用服務畫面。
註：
您第一次登入時，會自動為您的產品建立管理員 (admin) 使用者。
將已受指派 admin 角色的使用者設定為 Provisioning Manager 角色。請參閱 Oracle Enterprise Performance Management System User Security 管理手冊。
建立使用者。請參閱 Oracle Enterprise Performance Management System User Security 管理手冊。
為使用者提供適當的安全性角色，以及必要專案與應用程式的存取權。
注意：
如果使用者需要在 Profitability and Cost Management 外部存取 EPM Workspace 來執行任務，則您也必須為選取的使用者佈建 EPM Workspace 角色，例如 Oracle Hyperion Enterprise Performance Management System Lifecycle Management。
視需要建立群組。您可以在群組內提供群組。請參閱 Oracle Enterprise Performance Management System User Security 管理手冊。
登入 EPM Workspace，然後開啟 Profitability and Cost Management。
確認使用者是否能登入 Profitability and Cost Management，且是否能看到提供的專案與應用程式。
