What if I can't open a setup window from the Notifications window? You may have trouble opening a particular setup window from the Notifications window, perhaps because your current responsibility does not give you access to it. To allow the implementation to proceed, go to a different responsibility, open and complete the form, then return to the Notifications window. Manually mark the step as complete.
