| Retrieves header information about the ECO that is used in the notification. This information is stored in Item Type Attributes.

| Sets ECO approval status to Approved and schedules all open revised items.

| Sets the ECO approval status to Rejected.

| Sets the ECO approval status to Processing Error.

| Sets MRP Active flags to on for revised items with status of Open and Scheduled. This can be used to create MRP demand when the ECO's approval status is updated to Approved.
