| Open
| The ECO is not complete; you can still make changes. MRP Active is defaulted to on.

| Hold
| The ECO cannot be implemented. The status of all pending revised items is set to Hold. MRP Active defaults to off.
|
| Release
| The entire ECO is released from the currently responsible ECO department. The status of all pending revised items is set to Released. MRP Active defaults to on.
|
| Schedule
| The ECO is scheduled for auto-implementation. An ECO can only have this status if the approval status is Approved. MRP Active defaults to on.
|
| Implement
| The ECO is implemented manually. You can no longer make changes to an implemented ECO.
|
| Cancel
| No more changes allowed. All unimplemented revised items are cancelled.
|
