Table Registration API

With the change to the APPS schema for Releases 10.6 and 10.7, the process of table registration has also changed.

With Releases 10.6 and 10.7, you register your custom application tables using a PL/SQL routine in the AD_DD package instead of a concurrent program. The concurrent program FNDFMRTC is now obsolete and is not included in Release 10.7.0.16 SC.
