Use this window to enter and maintain Tax Certificates and Exceptions for individual vendors.
Certificates Zone
Certificate (Number & Type)
The Certificate Number must begin with 'V', 'R' or 'E' and should be unique for a vendor. The first letter of the Certificate Number automatically determines the entry for the Certificate Type, as follows:

Certificate Effective Dates
Only one certificate can be valid at any given time for each vendor.
You must complete the 'To' column of the Effective Dates for the old certificate before entering a new certificate for a vendor.
