Organization

Enter the organization that you want to run the report for.

Start Transaction Date

Enter the beginning date in DD-MON-YY format for the period that you want to include in the report.

End Transaction Date

Enter the ending date in DD-MON-YY format for the period that you want to include in the report.

Company Tax Payer ID

Enter the company tax payer ID for this report.
