Entering Tax Reporting Entity Information

Use the globalization flexfield in the Reporting Entities window to enter the full tax entity name and corresponding address. A tax reporting entity is a group or subdivision within a company that reports VAT separately.

To enter tax reporting entity information:

1. Navigate to the Reporting Entity window (Setup > Tax > Reporting Entities).

2. Query the entity that you want.

3. Navigate to the globalization flexfield. For instructions, see Using Globalization Flexfields.

4. In the Entity Full Name field, enter the long name for the entity.

5. Enter the complete address of the entity in the Address Line fields.

6. Click OK.
