Overview (Payment Batch Delivery Control)

Use the Payment Batch Delivery Control program to update an entire payment batch as delivered. This means that every payment in the batch was picked up by the vendor on the same day.

You will probably use this program only if you are using EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer).

This report shows a log file of the activity performed by the program.

Hint: Since EFT payment batches are effectively delivered to all vendors the day you submit the EFT file to your bank, you can use this program to update the batches as delivered on that date.
