Summarize and Declare (Quarterly VAT Return (European Sales Listing - ESL))
The Summarize and Declare process will group, per customer, all Sales
Invoices, Sales Credit Memos, or Sales Debit Memos that fall into the four ESL
Reporting Categories and will freeze the summarized information.
