Overview (Assign Exemption Letters to Suppliers)
Use the Exemption Letters window to assign exemption letters to your
suppliers. Each letter may apply to all or part of a calendar year, and the effective
date range for a letter that pertains to a given supplier must not overlap the
dates of any other exemption letter that pertains to that supplier. Once an
exemption letter is created, the letter cannot be repealed, and numbers that are
mistakenly allocated to exemption letters cannot be recovered.
