| Page Total
| The sum of the debits and credits of the entries listed on the current page.
|
| Carry Forward
| The sum of the debits and credits of the current page, plus either:
 The beginning year to date activity if it is the first page of the report
or The brought forward amount if it is not the first page of the report.
The carry forward amount at the bottom of a page should equal the brought forward amount at the top of the succeeding page. |
| Brought Forward
| The sum of the debits and credits carried over from the previous page. The
brought forward amount at the top of a page should equal the carry forward amount
at the bottom of the preceding page.
