The prerequisite about the Receipt Acknowledgment Number should read as follows:

You must query a receipt in the Receipts window and navigate to the globalization flexfield to find the Receipt Acknowledgment Numbers that you enter when you reprint the Receipt Acknowledgment. You enter the Receipt Acknowledgment Numbers in the Acknowledgment Number fields in the Parameters window when you submit this report. The Receipt Acknowledgment Number is automatically updated in the globalization flexfield when you run the report.
