Procedure
You use the Process Diagrammers within Oracle Workflow to create your task flows. You do this by adding and connecting the windows you want to appear.
To model a task flow using Oracle Workflow:
1. Create processes for the HR Task flow item type.
Note: You must create a top level process, sub processes are optional.
2. Create button labels, if required.
3. Position buttons, if required.
Combined People and Assignment Form Only
If you are creating task flows using the combined People and Assignment forms, you have additional step to perform:
4. Identify the windows or blocks to display:
Customized Versions of Forms Only
If you have created a customized version of a form, you have additional step to perform:
5. Identify customized forms to include in the task flow.
All Forms
7. Save the workflow to the database.
8. Generate a task flow from the workflow.
