Description
Returns true if OBFile is open.

Usage
bool IsOpen(void) const throw(OException)

Arguments

none

Remarks
The openness of an OBfile is local to this OBfile. If two OBfiles point to the same BFILE on the server, and one OBfile calls the Open method and the other does not, one will return true for IsOpen, the other false.
