Opens an instance of an ORef object.

Usage
void Open(ODatabase& odb, const char *type_name, const char *tablename) throw(OException)

Arguments

odb	The database on which to open this ORef instance.
type_name	The name of the user-defined type of the object.
table_name	The name of the Object table in which the underlying referenceable object resides.
