Return TRUE if underlying value instance of the OObject is Null. Read-only at
run time.
Usage
bool IsNull(void) const throw(OException)
Arguments
Remarks
Accessing attributes of a Null value instance results in an error. IsNull
property may be checked before accessing attributes of underlying value instance.
