Description
Establishes a connection to an Oracle server.

Usage
void Open(char *server_alias) throw(OException)

Arguments

server_alias

A string containing the network alias used for connecting to the server.

Remarks
If no arguments is supplied, this method attaches to a server that was previously detached.
