Description
Specifies the wait time (in seconds), if there is currently no message
available.

void SetWait(int duration) const throw(OException)
Arguments
duration
An integer specifying the wait time in seconds.
Remarks
Applicable only for a Dequeue operation. Possible values include :
· OAQ_DQ_WAIT_FOREVER (-1) (Default) - Wait forever.
· OAQ_DQ_NOWAIT (0) - Do not wait.
