Description
This method returns the object's value as an OCollection.

Usage
operator OCollection() const throw(OException)

Remarks
This method hands the value of the object back to the caller as an OCollection. If the object's current value is not an OCollection an OException object will be thrown.

Return Value
The value of the object as a OCollection.
