Description
Returns the scale of a numeric column. Not available at design time and
read-only at run time.
Usage
field_scale = orafield.OraScale
Remarks
This value is meaningful only when the value returned is numeric. The SQL
types REAL, DOUBLE PRECISION, FLOAT and FLOAT(N) return a scale of -127.
