Description
Specifies the wait time (in seconds), if there is currently no message available.

Usage
Q.wait = seconds

Remarks
Applicable only for a Dequeue operation. Possible values include :

· ORAAQ_DQ_WAIT_FOREVER (-1) (Default) - Wait forever.

· ORAAQ_DQ_NOWAIT (0) - Do not wait.
