This is a text description of prefs-ge.gif, which shows the General tab of the 
Preferences window. The General tab contains three main areas: Directory Locations, 
HTTP Proxy, and Output Mode. The Directory Locations area contains the Open/Save 
Directory, Source Directory, and PL/SQL Template Directory text fields, where 
you can specify default directories where Annotator will save annotations and 
look for annotations to open, look for media source files to open, and look for 
PL/SQL Upload Templates, respectively. The Directory Locations area also contains Browse buttons for all three fields, which allow you to select a directory instead of typing 
a directory name. See the text following this image for information on the HTTP 
Proxy area. The Output Mode area contains the Output Mode pull-down menu, which 
allows you to specify the amount of information shown in the Console window.
