NOTE: There are two ways to open a BFILE:

1. Open a BFILE with FILEOPEN
2. Open a BFILE with Open

To open a BFILE, you must initialize a BFILE locator. To initialize a BFILE locator, you must select a BFILE or specify the BFILE name.
