There are four ways to create a topic connection:

1. Create a topic connection with a specified username/password
2. Create a topic connection using an open JDBC connection
3. Create a topic connection with default QueueConnectionFactory paramaters
4. Create a topic connection using an open OracleOCIConnectionPool
