SPL_OWNER	VARCHAR2(30)	Owner of stoplist.
SPL_NAME	VARCHAR2(30)	Name of stoplist.
SPL_COUNT	NUMBER	Number of stopwords
SPL_TYPE	VARCHAR2(30)	Type of stoplist, MULTI or BASIC.
