This view displays the phrase information of all thesaurus owned by the current user. It can be queried by all users.

THP_THESAURUS	VARCHAR2(30)	Thesaurus name.
THP_PHRASE	VARCHAR2(256)	Thesaurus phrase.
THP_QUALIFIER	VARCHAR2(256)	Phrase qualifier.
THP_SCOPE_NOTE	VARCHAR2(2000)	Scope note of the phrase.
