This screenshot displays the OS Database Administrators for instance dialog box. Use this dialog box to grant administrator privileges for a single database on a computer. This dialog box displays the following fields:

An NT Domain Users and Groups field, under which is a Domain pull-down menu for selecting a domain
A Name list of available members and groups and a Description list of user and group descriptions.
Add and Remove buttons
An OS Database Administrators field, under which is a Name list of users and groups that have been assigned administrator privileges

Select the domain of the user or group to which to grant SYSDBA privileges from the Domain pull-down menu.

Select the user and choose Add.

The user and their domain displays in the Name field of the OS Database Administrators field at the bottom of the dialog box.

Choose OK.

Cancel and Help buttons are also provided.
