Oracle Data ControlDescription
This event is fired whenever an interactive operation causes an error. You can
perform some operations directly with the data control, such as using the data
control buttons or when the data control refreshes automatically when the form
loads. In these cases, the Error event is fired instead of causing a normal runtime error.
