• www.providersite1.com, port 80 with an alias of providersite1.com, port 80
• www.providersite2.com, port 80 with an alias of providersite2.com, port 80

The Site to Server Mapping page shows site host name www.providersite1.com, port 80 with Exclude NON_ESI mapped to proxy server proxy-host, port 80.
