The Publish Wizard - Define Application View screen displays the following fields:

• Modify Fields button: not selected
• Object Name: empty textbox

• Attributes--Name: this field is empty
• Attributes--Type: this field is empty
• Attributes--Owner/v...: The field is empty
• Attributes--Array: The field is empty
• Attributes--Default: The field is empty
• Attributes--IN/OUT/I...: The field is empty

The Import button is selected and JDEdwards is selected in the dropdown menu.

Below the Import… button are two buttons displayed:

Along the botton are two viewable buttons:
