The users have not encountered an error yet, but they may as more users log in. It's not likely more users will connect now because it's the weekend. I also confirm the severity of the warning by opening the Event Viewer to see the original event definition. I see that the warning threshold was set far lower than the critical threshold. A critical alert would indicate a more serious problem.
