Adding Container Managed Persistence to an Entity Bean Created in JDeveloper

1. In the Navigator, right-click the Bean folder.
   

2. Choose Create EJB/8i Deployment Profile.
   
3. If this is not yet a business components project, the Business Components Project Wizard will open. Walk through this wizard.
   
4. The wizard will chain into the EJB/8i Deployment Object Wizard. Walk through this wizard.
   
5. The wizard will chain into the EJB Deployment Profile Wizard. Walk through this wizard. If you need assisance with any of the pages, click Help.
   
   Note: To later edit your container-managed persistence, edit the persistence object. You should always save changes to your EJB before editing the persistence object.
